The Áshrama Tavira – Yoga Association was created 3 years ago ( we are situated in the Center of Tavira since September 1, 2015) and it's dedicated exclusively to the practice of Traditional Yoga – The Sámkhya Yoga, Applied Philosophical System, Multimillenary,  very Complete and Powerful.

The Director of ÁSHRAMA Tavira, Triveni (Andreia Santos) is formed by the  Portuguese Yoga Confederation, whose philosophical orientation is in charge of H.H. Jagat Guru Amrta Súryánanda Mahá Rája – International Yoga Gr. Master, one of the most prestigious Masters of Yoga at the International level, recognized by the main Traditional Yoga Institutions of India.

The Director of ÁSHRAMA Tavira is also Vice President of ARYAL - Regional Association of Yoga of the Algarve, Director of the Pashupati ARYAL - Advanced Yoga Demonstrators of the Algarve, and Director of OMKára ARYAL - Mantra Choir Orchestra of the Algarve, and member of Pashupati and OMKára of the Portuguese Yoga Confederation.

The Áshrama Tavira – Yoga Association has been demonstrating to the municipality of Tavira Traditional Yoga through several activities with several entities of the Municipality, such as, the Town Hall and Parish Councils, Health Center, Schools, local associations, among others. In the summer we're present on the Island of Tavira and in the Beach of Cabanas de Tavira, promoting classes of Yoga Sámkhya to all the vacationers.
