1. I never praticed Yoga, which schedule should I choose?
You
can practice in any of our schedules. In the same class the teacher
teaches different levels for the same technique. You should choose the
schedule that is more pleasant for you.
2. what kind of mat should i take to the class?
There is no need to bring a mat because the floor is already comfortably prepared for the practice of Yoga.
3. Is there an age limit to practice Yoga?
Yoga is for people of all ages. In our Áshrama we give classes starting at 3 years of age.
4. Is there any specific time of the year to start Yoga classes?
You can start practicing Yoga at any time of the year, the inscriptions are open all year'round..
5. I have no flexibility, is that a problem? Yoga
improves flexibility and mobility – most Yoga practitioners
were not born hyper flexible, we have all been gradually improving
through our regular practice.
6. I'm not a vegetarian, can I practice Yoga?
Of course you can.
7. And what about Smoking?
In time, the
practice of Yoga through breathing techniques, and organic cleaning
techniques, helps clear the lungs, increases our awareness of the
importance of maintaining our healthy respiratory system, and naturally
stimulates us to keep our global health by adopting healthy habits, and
improving our quality of life.
